一、研究院简介
北京绿矿联合工程技术研究院成立于2010年，拥有专业的技术和管理团队，主要为矿山企业提供绿色矿山建设规划、实施方案及评估，专业设备、先进技术产品及原材料的采购，绿色矿山建设施工、安装、试测及技术培训等绿色矿山垂直领域的一体化专业技术服务。截至目前，共承担中国神华、中国黄金、中国五矿、云锡集团、拉法基集团公司等上百家绿色矿山建设的服务项目，承担十三五全国矿产资源总体规划专题、全国绿色矿山现状调查及评估指标体系课题研究、全国矿业绿色发展专项基金的研究，现为中国财政学会投融资专业委员会委员、全国节能减排标准化技术联盟成员单位、中国矿区环境治理与修复产业联盟发起单位及秘书长单位。
研究院深耕绿色矿山建设领域8年，通过上百个绿色矿山案例的实践，同时对市场上矿山生态环境修复过程中同功能产品质量、成本价格、施工工艺、绿化效果、后期管护养护的难易程度等多个方面进行了综合对比分析，反复实地调研、考察、研发与论证，最终择优确定利用德国技术装备生产的“一铺绿”，作为我院供应矿山生态环境修复的唯一绿化产品。

国外利用“一铺绿”防治坡面侵蚀已有50年已久，在国外“一铺绿”被称为“侵蚀控制毯”“水土保持毯”等。在国内本产品目前被广泛应用于公路边坡的防护、保障路基的稳定性方面，交通运输部已有行业标准，并进入推广目录，矿山、建筑、水利等各领域的应用，正在有序推进中。
二、产品简介
绿矿联合“一铺绿”是采用秸秆、椰棕等植物纤维为原料，连同定型网、营养纸、植物种子和保水剂，肥料、土壤等营养基质经大型流水线一次缝合加工而成的水土保持产品。
绿矿联合“一铺绿”是与德国IGG公司合作，引进国际先进的植被恢复技术和具有国际领先水平的生产线，主要以各种植物纤维材料(如稻秸、麦秸、玉米秆、棉秆、椰壳纤维、大麻、黄麻、亚麻、天然杂草)为原料，结合各种灌、草植物的合理配置，以及保水剂、营养基质的添加，生产多用途的“一铺绿”，是近年来国际公认的最有效、最简捷、最廉价的护土保墒、防风固沙、抗冲刷的绿化节能环保产品，并在这个领域获得了多项专利。

（1）产品结构
绿矿联合“一铺绿”是多层结构，最简单的“一铺绿”是由上下两层定型网（PP材质）和中间的纤维层构成的；多层结构是在下层定型网和纤维层之间增加了起到衬托作用的营养纸层和植物种子层及营养基质层，其中营养基质层中可根据使用需求添加肥料、保水剂、营养土等。

荒漠治理：荒漠、盐碱化地域改良工程。
由于本产品自身施工简单的特点，与传统工艺相比，其施工速度可提高十几至几十倍。此外，产品的工业化生产不受季节影响，运输方便、且养护管理成本低；绿矿联合“一铺绿”，还能满足快速验收项目需要。一铺就绿，效果显著。
